Hey! I’m Kayla, and I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself through fitness, nutrition, and mindset! I am a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach. I also have an education in psychology with years of counseling experience! I have a passion for helping people and would love to help you improve your life in many different ways. I understand that everyone is different and has specific individual goals. I am here to help find what works best for you so you can have long lasting results that will allow you to continue grow into the best version of yourself!!
PERSONAL TRAINING & NUTRITION COACHING
There are many different ways to take care of yourself and your health. Lose weight, run a marathon, lift heavier weights, create new healthy habits, take daily vitamins, drink more water, be happier and more positive, or get that beach body—Whatever your goals are, I know there isn't a one size fits all approach. Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. Online Training
Don't know what workouts to do, how to plan your training split, how to reach your specific health and fitness goals? This program is for you! I will design a program specifically for you and your goals! You will follow your workout program through my easy to follow app that even has instructional videos! We will do weekly check-in's via video to see how you are doing with the program and to assess if any adjustments need to be made. I am also available to answer any questions you may have throughout the week!
NUTRITION COACHING
My nutrition coaching involves finding a healthy balance that will help you reach your goals in a realistic and sustainable way! No crazy restrictions. No short term results that don't last. No strict diets! I will educate you about nutrition so you understand the process and can apply it for the rest of your life. Every week I will go over your food logs in detail to give you advice for adjustments that can be made, alternatives you can have, and how you can still enjoy the food you love while reaching your goals. You will love feeling better and knowing you're fueling your body properly for long lasting results.
The individualized program I develop will help you reach your goals and I will be right by your side along the way. I take your specific needs into consideration to design a program specifically for you! In person training allows me to make sure you're doing every exercise with proper form, to motivate you through your workout, and to consistently assess your progress and needs to make adjustments when needed.
