"At 49 years old I was struggling to lose weight and gain lean muscle mass. I tried numerous fad diets, I even hired a personal trainer locally to try and help. Unfortunately nothing seemed to work. I started following Kayla on multiple social media platforms, because of her hunting and fishing content. Once I learned she was a personal trainer, for me it was a no brainer for me to try and see if I could make a long distance trainer work for me. I started with one month of nutrition training and I was so impressed with my results, I decided to continue my nutrition training and added personal training as well. Since starting my training with Kayla I have lost over twenty pounds and over 4” in my waist. For as long as I can remember I struggled with making time to train and eat correctly for myself. Kayla has taught me “Self care, is not selfish.” Now that I take the time to take care of myself, I feel I have become a better, person, husband, and dad. I’m now fitting into clothes I haven’t been able to wear in three years and have more energy. I look forward to continuing my training with Kayla and improving my body and mind.
